Every person coming to our weekly sessions needs to have given us a health form. If you have not given us a health form - please download one here:

Please note: when you make a payment, the 'ticket' will come back with the date of the 31st of December 2021. This just references this years Canoe Club sessions and not the event you have made a payment for. You will be asked to specify that date when you book.
